简要规则描述：本****点击查看大学**日港外排芦潮引**东北侧30米现状水闸处。黄日港水闸共5孔、潜孔式布置，单孔孔口尺寸2.5m×3.0m，本工程为Ⅲ等工程，主要建筑物级别3级，围堰等临时建筑物级别5级。主要建设内容为对现状水闸实施改造、恢复水闸功能：改造水闸为直升门型式，更换闸门、启闭机设备（平面钢闸门6扇，手电两用螺杆启闭机5台套），局部改造闸墩等土建结构（闸墩切割、凿毛、**及混凝土裂缝修复），配套电气、自控设备；同步实施现状设备拆除、现状护底拆除及恢复、闸室清淤外运、护岸修复、外立面涂装、格栅装饰、变形观测点设置，以及钢板桩围堰、河道初期降水、施工期降水等临时工程。（具体工作内容及要求详见竞争性磋商文件、工程量清单及图纸）
