(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1）Have the qualification of Grade 3 or above for general contracting of municipal public utilities; Possessing the "Work Safety License" issued by the construction department (for non-Shanghai construction enterprises, the Work Safety License needs to be filed); 2) The proposed project manager must hold a second-level or higher registered constructor qualification in municipal public utilities, be effectively filed, and must not have any ongoing projects
