1、食堂屋面板拆除更换，吊顶拆除新做，新排电线及灯具安装。 2、一楼舞蹈房旁边卫生间拆除原有墙面、地面面砖新做，顶面吊顶拆除新做，卫生隔断拆除更换，卫生器具拆除更换，新排电线及灯具安装。 3、原有舞蹈房吊顶局部维修；原计算机教室改舞蹈房：地面吊顶、地板拆除新做，铝合金窗更换新排电线及灯具安装。 4、一楼办公室地板拆除新做。

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
