简要规则描述：为规范****点击查看院内排水管理，消除管网运行隐患，现拟对院内排水系统进行改造升级。本项目主要实施院内老旧排水管网维修改造、雨污管网整治、管道清淤修缮等工程内容，同步开展排水管网专业检测，梳理完善排水相关资料，协助排水许可证申报、对接主管部门，直至完成排水证的办理。工程主要内容包括：雨水工程、污水工程、墙面工程、空调外机移位等工程。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单/图纸。）

Brief Specification Description: In order to standardize the drainage management within Shanghai Pudong Health Development Research Institute and eliminate potential hazards in the drainage network, it is proposed to carry out a renovation and upgrade of the internal drainage system. This project mainly involves the maintenance and renovation of the old drainage pipelines within the institute, the rectification of rainwater and sewage pipelines, and the cleaning and repair of the pipes. At the same time, professional drainage network inspections will be conducted, relevant drainage-related documents will be sorted and improved, assistance will be provided for the application for a drainage permit, and coordination with the relevant authorities will be carried out until the drainage permit is successfully obtained. (The specific quantities and requirements are detailed in the bill of quantities/ drawings.)

合同履约期限：本项目施工工期45日历天，计划开工日期：2026年10月15日（暂定，具体开工日期以采购人通知为准）

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、具有市政公用工程施工总承包三级及以上或建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
2、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
3、拟派项目负责人具有市政公用工程专业二级及以上或建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
4、业绩要求：无；
5、其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Possessing a Class III or above qualification for general municipal construction projects or a Class III or above qualification for construction projects of buildings;
2. Having a safety production license (valid within the validity period);
3. The proposed project leader should have a registered construction engineer qualification of Class II or above in municipal public works or Class II or above in construction projects, with a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not currently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects;
4. Performance requirements: None;
5. Other requirements: None.
